- Pricing & Availability
All rental rates listed are estimates and subject to availability. Prices may change based on season, demand, rental duration, and vehicle class. Taxes, fees, and optional add-ons are not included unless stated. - Eligibility Requirements
Renters must present a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and meet minimum age requirements. Additional documentation may be required. - Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of pickup. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle type and rental duration. - Insurance & Liability
Renters are responsible for verifying their personal auto insurance coverage. Optional rental insurance coverage may be available. Orfey Transport is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. - Mileage & Fuel Policy
Mileage limits may apply depending on the rental plan. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided or a refueling fee will apply. - Late Returns & Extensions
Late returns may result in additional charges. Rental extensions must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. - Vehicle Condition
All vehicles must be returned in the same condition as rented. The renter is responsible for any damage, excessive wear, or cleaning required. All vehicles are equipped with the GPS. - Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation or no-show fees. - Replacement Rentals for Repairs & Insurance Claims
Replacement vehicles provided during repair or insurance claims are subject to separate terms and coverage conditions. - Right to Refuse Service
Orfey Transport reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
